Exchange or Return of Goods
At Ooyestore, we offer delivery services all over Pakistan. A product will not be accepted for return if any component is missing. This includes the complete equipment, a valid purchase receipt from Ooyestore, the warranty card, and a defect report issued by the service department. Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable laws and within the timeframe set by current regulations.
